Our gymnastics programs are designed to inspire confidence, build strength, and improve flexibility in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Whether your child is just starting out or aiming for competitive excellence, we offer a range of classes tailored to all ages and skill levels.

Programs include:

• Toddler (ages 3-4): A fun introduction to movement, coordination, balance, and introduction to basic gymnastic skills.  This is the first step on taking class without caregiver participation.

• ​School-Age (ages 4-12): Learn the fundamentals of gymnastics through engaging activities that promote balance, strength, and flexibility.

• ​Tumbling/Trampoline (ages 7-15): Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, martial artists, or any athlete looking to improve strength, coordination, and body control, these classes focus on building off basic tumbling skills and working on round-offs, back and front walkovers, back handspring, aerials, and more.

• ​Advanced/Pre-Team: For athletes ready to develop more complex skills and routines.

• Competitive Team: A focused training program for gymnasts looking to compete in USAG Xcel and/or Optional level.

• Boys Titans Strong (ages 5-12): Combining the fundamentals of gymnastics with high-energy fitness training, this class builds strength, agility, coordination, and confidence.  Through obstacle courses, tumbling, strength circuits, and skill-based drills, boys develop total-body athleticism that supports all sports and physical activities.

• Homeschool/Afternoon (ages 5-12): This class encourages kids to build strength, coordination, and confidence through guided gymnastics skills—followed by supervised time to explore, offering the perfect balance of fitness, fun, and social interaction.  We are an Ocean Grove approved vendor.
